Amnon Ron, Director
Amnon has over 15 years of experience in the strategic leadership and execution of large-scale international medical congresses and educational initiatives. As Executive Director of IACH, he oversees the development and delivery of the Academy’s scientific programs, digital education strategy, and global activities. He brings extensive expertise in congress financial optimization, governance, and supplier negotiations, working closely with academic leadership and industry partners worldwide. Amnon also led the development of a large-scale online virtual congress platform used to host over 200 educational events, serving audiences of up to 15,000 participants, supporting IACH’s transition to hybrid and fully digital education models. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania
Efrat Ezuz, IACH Secretariat
Efrat has over 10 years of experience in marketing and social media management within professional and educational environments. As part of the IACH Secretariat, she manages the coordination and delivery of ongoing events and webinars, ensuring smooth execution and continuity across IACH activities. Efrat is responsible for IACH’s social media presence across multiple platforms, supporting communication, engagement, and visibility of the Academy’s educational programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design, bringing a strong visual and branding perspective to IACH’s communications.
Adam Barkay, Web Dev. & Digital Operations
Adam has over 15 years of experience supporting medical associations through digital and informatics solutions. He leads the informatics and web team responsible for the development, design, and ongoing optimization of the IACH platform and associated websites. With a multidisciplinary background spanning software development, web development, web design, and digital marketing, Adam bridges technical execution with strategic digital needs. He holds a BA in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a degree in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Israel.
Sharon Rawet Lederer, IACH LMS Manager
Sharon oversees the IACH.org digital platform and Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the smooth delivery of online educational activities. She is responsible for the management and coordination of live and on-demand webinars, as well as the execution of IACH’s social media presence across multiple platforms. With a background in Back Office Management, Sharon brings strong organizational and operational expertise to her role, supporting efficient workflows and reliable digital operations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design and has completed certification studies in UX/UI, enabling her to combine functional oversight with a user-focused approach to digital learning experiences.
