Joshua Fein

Dr. Joshua Fein is a fellow in hematology and medical oncology at Weill Cornell Medicine / NewYork Presbyterian hospital in New York City and has been engaged in research in hematopoietic cell transplantation and acute leukemia over the past decade. Dr. Fein’s has focused on applying computational tools, and statistical and machine learning approaches to understanding the drivers of risk and outcomes in allogeneic transplantation. Joshua is currently a member of the Peled laboratory at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he studies the mechanisms of sucessfull immune reconstitution following HCT and the impact of the gut virome in transplantation, a project for which he was recently awarded the Research Training Award for Fellows from the American Society of Hematology.
